ININCORP has completed the initial development of the San Vicente Coal Mine in Colombia, via establishing the SPC COLCCO S.A.
Mining registries have been transferred to COLCCO, and initial proven reserves, exceed 2.8 Million tons, and probable reserves, exceed 22.0 Million tons.

ININCORP has initiated the Feasibility Review of the INTERGASCO INTERAMERICAN PIPELINE, originating in Cactus, Mexico and ending in Moron,Venezuela.
Natural gas deliveries are being evaluated from Mexico and Venezuela. The target objective of this pipeline is bringing natural gas power plants to the Central American region, reducing energy prices by 50%.

ININCORP has initiated the Feasibility Review of the INTERPOWERCO Power Initiative which comprises 15 power plants, each 100 MW of capacity, installed adjacent to the Central America SIEPAC Interconnection System Substation. Fuel deliveries will be originating from the ININCORP tank farm in Northern Colombia, and will be substituted with Natural Gas upon completion of the INTERGASCO Project.

ININCORP has acquired a 50 hectare site in Northern Colombia, to develop a Crude Oil export platform, including a 2,000,000 Barrel tank farm, an oil export pipeline connection to the export port securing access to low range VLCC’s and connecting the tank Farm to the National Rail System allowing crude oil producer to ensure a cost effective, sustainable and environmentally acceptable solution.

ININCORP has achieved two important milestones in the TermoPalermo project.

One is the approval by the Ministry of Environmental Affairs to consider the viability of the project and approving the DDA for TermoPalermo and the secondly entering into a entered into a site purchase agreement with Grupo Retramar (Colombia) for the location of the TermoPalermo Project at the originally conceived riverside location.

Additionally, ININCORP has contracted the procurement for the Environmental License for the project, which is expected to be approved by November 2010.This two milestones will expedite the development process

The Termo Palermo project is a project to be develop in phase, with an initial phase of 60 MW dual fuel ( natural gas/diesel) power plant, utilizing reciprocating engines and providing firm energy under a long term contract.

Total project capacity is expected to exceed 500 MW in a three years period.

Commercial operations for the project is expected to be the first phase for the First quarter of 2011.

ININCORP and a selected group of investors have establish an investment fund oriented to own power projects on a global basis.

The investment fund name is ZEUZ and will target power projects in emerging markets.

The fund is expected to aggregate US $ 200 Million and be fully funded by November 2009
